Our carport steps were pulling away from the house with uneven risers, the carport slab was cracked and sagging, and our asphalt driveway was crumbling and sloping the wrong way—right toward the house. Rigo and his team completely transformed everything! They built beautiful new concrete steps with perfectly uniform risers, seamlessly integrated into a brand-new carport slab. The new asphalt driveway now slopes properly away from the house and carport—and we've already seen it work beautifully during heavy rain, with water flowing exactly where it should. They even added a lovely new front walkway connecting our entry landing to the driveway. The work was fast, professional, and a great value. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"This company impressed us from beginning to end! The estimate and finished price were far lower than other quotes, while the quality, speed & cleanliness of work was far superior to what others offered. They hung plastic sheeting & barriers surrounding the whole work area & used a ventilation system so there was never dust anywhere. ( Concrete dust is dangerous, not just messy!) The entire team ( 5 people 1st day, 3 on 2nd day) always removed shoes & treated our house & us with respect. They walked us through the steps of the job, showed us the work & the damage/ wet areas & the undamaged areas at several points as they were doing it (without being asked). Tested sump pump in our presence... without us asking. In addition to other source of water, they found a crack in the foundation & worked to examine the extent of damage.. which went all the way from outside in. They showed us the full damage, offered to fix this more completely, explained options to do or not do that work, but never pressured us. They provided life-of-structure warranty. They even told us they caused a tiny area of damage to woodwork on a window sill ( I would never have been upset about) when they were done THEY pointed it out and THEY spackled & fixed it ( like 5 min work.) The whole job took 1 and a half days. Like anyone, I was heartbroken to have started finding water in my finished basement & terrified of the cost & the process of fixing it. This company made this as affordable, convenient & low-stress as I can possibly imagine."

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. He assessed the problem and pointed out that, while we could of course undertake the considerable actions the other companies recommended, it was more than likely that a simple fix of rerouting our gutter drain would fix our problem - a $20 fix that we could do on our own vs. the thousands of dollars in repairs recommended by the other companies. He told us that he could not honestly take our money knowing this small fix was likely all that was required. The remedy worked. It's rare to find Jason's honesty in the home contracting world; I will definitely call AA Action for any future issues."

"We hired XtraCare to rebuild a failing retaining wall along our driveway, repoint the masonry on another retaining wall, install a French drain behind the retaining wall that wasn’t rebuilt, and reconstruct a concrete walkway that had subsided over the years. We had requested quotes from several reputable contractors, and XtraCare submitted a very reasonable bid. While it was not the lowest one received, our initial meeting with Cleber convinced us that he had a much better sense of the myriad challenges posed by the project (e.g., difficult topography, drainage issues, potential permitting obstacles) than the other contractors did. The project manager, CJ, was always responsive and let us know what to expect at every stage of the project. The crew was unfailingly friendly and diligent and even completed some work that was outside the scope of the project (repointing some crumbling mortar on the porch adjacent to the new retaining wall they built). We are extremely pleased with the results! Even the building inspector complemented us on the excellent craftsmanship. And two weeks after they completed the job, the crew returned to clean and inspect the wall one more time. Finally, the office staff – Mari and Raquel – were exceedingly helpful and communicative, always keeping us apprised of what was happening on the project and what to expect next. We cannot recommend XtraCare highly enough. They truly went above and beyond, and we intend to use them for any future projects on our house."

"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

Danny at Omega was very prompt and courteous, explained everything that had to be done, and worked well with our insurance company (USAA) in order to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our roof. When the subcontractors came to do the work, they damaged most of our gutters, but Omega was very professional and quickly provided the funds to replace the damaged areas.
