"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story. I know if I ever do have any issue, RamJack is the first place I will call, since if they tell me there is any issue I can trust that there really is one."

"very good. built approximately 140 feet of rock wall to replace old timbers. dug up parts of slanted lawn and put in layer of mulch. built a 6" high slate patio approximately 140 sq. '. replaced old ramp to upper lawn with a nicely angled sodded ramp . nice to go up with rider. added river run gravel around slate and flower beds. Joey was careful to put down plywood on lawns to run their equipment back and forth so grass wouldn't be torn up. removed choke berry hedge. removed all refuse made sure area was cleaned up. the young men working with Joey were very courteous and friendly as were joey and Randy. project took about 2 weeks since putting up rock wall and slate patio was like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. cost was $14,000, plus 2 dozen fresh baked cookies and fresh plums off of tree behind project. would definitely hire again"

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

A couple small issues: communication was challenging at times because it was hard to know when the crew was going to actually arrive at our house to work, and they mistakenly dug up the wrong part of our lawn due to a miscommunication; quality-wise, a thin crack appeared on part of the concrete patio after a few months. "Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."
