"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I called Flinn's Rooter Service early in the morning and left a message that I had a clogged drain line from my kitchen sink that I would like to have repaired. Noah immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment to access the problem. He arrived at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation and told me what it would cost to fix the problem. I agreed to have him do the work which involved going under the house and cleaning out the drain lines. The problem was corrected before noon time. "Tiger C was awesome! They jumped right on my request on a Sunday evening from home advisor. They were out the next day to provide an estimate and were honest and open about what needed to be done to fix my water issue in the crawl. I received 2 other quotes that included work for a full conditioned crawlspace due to standing water under my house. Mr. Candido assured me that what I needed was a french drain, sump pump installed and a new vapor barrier because mine was in bad shape, cut wrong around supports in the first place with a lot of exposed ground and very old. They came in at the best price and gave me the most comfort that the job would be completed right. I signed the contract the next day they received permits on Thursday, started work on Friday, and were done the following Tuesday. The water is gone, my duct work is sweating less or almost none at all by removing the humidity from the crawl from all the water. I could sleep down there now, not really but it looks so much better! I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and they are one of the best. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!"
