"This was a rehire of All-Ways. After having other quotes for our leaky basement, we again found that All-Ways was honest and more reasonably priced. They don't try to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs. Workers were friendly and respectful of our time and our home. Additionally, job required less work than initially thought and they actually lowered our end cost instead of trying to talk us into doing the higher unnecessary repair. In-house financing was provided with half due at completion and the other half a year to pay. I cannot say enough good things about James, Eric, and the rest of the workers. "We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. We had one contractor tell us that no one was going to want the repair work, another basement repair contractor said that it was way beyond their capabilities and a different one came in and whipped up a $20k estimate within an hour and got pushy when we didn’t want to hand over a deposit. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. He said that whoever did the work was someone he would be happy to hire to do work at his own home. From start to finish, HomeSpec went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Overall the experience was pretty good. The only issue I had was there was miscommunication between the work crew and the sales person who came out to the house. The work crew went strictly by the contract written and claimed besides the French drain and sump pump installation, they were only sealing two wall cracks when there were actually four. The crew also found a soft spot in the wall near a support beam. I was told to call the sales rep because this would result in "additional charges." I wasn't having it. I hired RC to waterproof the basement and that meant to me the job gets done entirely for the price paid. I ended up calling the owner Justin and being a good businessman he took care of it and I got the repairs done at no additional cost. So make sure that the work order is written well and detailed."
