"I felt he was very honest as he could have come into the house and told us we needed thousands in repairs."

"Bakers Waterproofing is an excellent Basement Company! I had water and foundation issues in my basement which needed attention. Kris was the service advisor that came out recently and he was prompt, friendly, and very thorough! Kris explained in detail to me the issues with my basement and offered various options for mitigation and repair of my water and structural issues. Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time. Jessie even found a bowing wall that other companies did not find or address. I highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing!"

"G&J Waterproofing did a wonderful job repairing my basement after the rain! They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job getting everything back in shape. I’m very happy with their work and would highly recommend G&J Waterproofing to anyone needing basement repairs or waterproofing services. Thank you for the great work and excellent service!"

"I have been dealing with water coming in my basement since 1996 when I purchased my home. I have hesitated hiring the big waterproofing companies as they are so expensive (in the thousands of dollars) and they typically receive bad reviews. When I saw Swaskoski Solutions on Angi's List, I noted they had excellent reviews and were a locally owned company where the owner, Bill, is present on the jobs. I called the phone number and Bill promptly answered my call! Bill scheduled a visit to my home and studied my dilemma. He told me he could fix this water issue for me and could do this from the outside of my home. He quoted me a price that was a fraction of the cost of the other big water companies where you never see the owner. Bill is a wonderful communicator answering my questions and he and his team were on time and worked diligently and solved my water dilemma! After digging along the foundation, they found 3 holes in the block where water was entering my home! They repaired these holes with hydraulic cement and then tarred the foundation! My water dilemma is now solved for the first time in 27 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill - Swaskoski Solutions. They were extremely respectful of my property and very trustworthy. I give them a 10/10 and HIGHLY recommend. Ginny A - Plum Boro"

"It went perfectly! Incredibly! We had the (steep!) front steps of our house and a few pads of concrete replaced with aggregate concrete. From the moment Connie called to talk about the job to the time that Nick showed up to give us the estimate to the time when Nick and his crew showed up to do the work, this has been an absolutely perfect experience. I cannot believe how well everything has gone and how beautifully the steps turned out. Not only did they replace the steps, but they fixed a few problems and made what I consider a little piece of art in the way they form the steps at the top where they meet up with the landing. I think the curves they added and the steps themselves are just stunning. Sometimes when you call contractors for estimates, you never hear back. Connie called shortly after I asked them to contact me. Then Nick came when he said he was going to come, even though it was the most torrential downpour ever, and the crew came on time every day to do the work. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and how efficiently and courteously they worked as well too. This team is professional and thoughtful. Even though I had lots of questions about the right thing to do and the timing, Connie never batted an eye and returned my calls back very promptly. I felt like I was dealing with family! The end result is just gorgeous and I have gotten many many compliments from friends and neighbors. I would not hesitate to hire Nick and his team for any job!"

"These guys are THE BEST in what they do, they had to fix my foundation and do an internal French drain, best price and they did exactly what they told me they were going to do. I am very happy. When they ran into problems, they called me and even told me to shop around and let them know, they are not pushy and they do not want you to rush into doing anything. I really liked working with them. 100% recommended."

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"We are very pleased with result. Cullen was patient and understanding regarding the wait to get church council approval. Cullen demonstrated knowledge of the building foundation and plant layout appropriate for the area (busy highway). He responded to issues that needed to be addressed once the old shrubbery was removed. Cullen also provided us with good tips to maintain the finished product."

"The cement cracked and broke apart in areas in February 2015, 3 months after the work was completed. It was guaranteed for one year. Mike never returned to assess the damage to determine IF anything could be done despite about a dozen attempts of phone calls and text messages.

"Repair went great. Rick and his crew showed up on time and it took only one day to complete the job, which was even quicker than we had talked about originally. They did a great job. Would hire again."
