"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. When I first contacted John (the owner), he informed me that an onsite visit would allow him to discuss my options in regards to waterproofing, enabling me to make an educated decision on the next steps. Well, John came over and put on a clinic in the science of waterproofing and best solutions regarding to my basement. After discussing various options, I decided on a solution that John guarantees for as long as I own the property! What more could you ask for??? This included replacing a sump pump, adding an additional sump pump, a water management system, a sub-floor pressure release system, basement stairwell service and carbonfiber crack repair. "The only thing that made me give them a 4.0 is the service rep did not let us know, when he did the inspection, that there was debris underneath where they needed to lay the cover. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed."

"Best Buy's Regional Manager(Dan Mayo) came out in a timely manner to give us a quote to not only waterproof our basement but he also inspected our crawl space that unbeknownst to us had leakage also and had built up mould. His quote was most reasonable in comparison to other companies and he adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our travel schedule. We were leaving in two days and he had his crew come the day before we left and they completed the work that day. The crew itself was impressive in their work ethic as they labored almost non-stop from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. What a relief it was for us to have this work completed before we left for two weeks.. Dan's follow up was extraordinary as he showed a willingness to fix anything that may have been overlooked."
