"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"They installed a steel beam in the crawlspace to support the foundation, and fully encapsulated my crawlspace. Free inspection of crawlspace, explained in detail the process, and the materials used. Came back a 2nd time to inspect the foundation I was concerned about. He explained what he could do. I hired him to do this too, because my brother was incapable, with no help. "Dean and Chris were highly professional and were very confident about being able to fix the damage the previous provider caused. Three other providers said that the concrete could not be removed from my walkway, but Dean assured me he could get it off. We did have a back-up plan just in case, but it wasn't needed. They were able to remove the concrete and restore my walkway. The new steps they poured were solid, even, and they look great. They offered the best price for the replacement steps, as other companies' estimates had increased significantly between my original step replacement and the second replacement needed because of the poor work that I had previously had done and the subsequent extra work required to start over. They were responsive, prompt, showed up when they said they would, and had the job done in 2 days. This was great, especially considering the previous provider left me with no entry steps for almost a month. I highly recommend them, and I hope I can find someone as qualified as CD & Sons to repair the remaining damage the previous provider also caused to my house and siding."
