"My main reason for hiring them was they could do the work on a specific day (Fri) that week and I knew I had no plans. Plus they had other good ratings. They also promised a 1 day job. With other companies I knew I was going to have to do more planning around schedules. They even gave me a discount because they had a hole in their schedule. They never showed up on Fri and did not call (office staff issues). I called and we rescheduled for Monday, they showed up late (new truck hit an overpass), and did not finish that day. When they did show up, the lead guy looked at the job and completely re-engineered it. He was hyper and a bit scattered in his thoughts. It turned out he was the owner but I did not know at the time. I had extreme reservations but was on the hook schedule wise and did not want to start all over again so let them do the work. On day 2 the owner's brother showed up to finish the job and he told me he would not have done what the workers did the day before to patch the crack in the foundation. I think the work was eventually good and have had no leaks, but it was quite an experience."

"I thought it all went well. Mike Travaglini came to house and we walked out ,what I wanted done. A couple days later he e-mailed me a bid which I accepted. This was a pretty extensive job and took three days. The first day was spent  removing old product like the entire driveway and 12 blocks of concrete sidewalk which was all stripped plus a concrete apron leading into driveway   The second day was the day all replacement concrete was poured and graded.The concrete was wheeled from truck to site. The third day the asphalt truck came and product again wheeled from truck to driveway site. There were 7 or 8 men working each day. They cleaned up properly every day and old product removed from site. They were friendly and professional.  Years in the business showed well.
The final product was awesome. I have a new asphalt driveway;a new concrete apron leading up to it and 12 new concrete blocks that suffered from soil erosion mostly. My payment was the same as Mike's original bid. Probably more  work for TMC in the future from my end. They did a nice job within the time frame they promised.. The work picked up the whole front of house.

Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. "I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. "It went like clock work.  Friday they came and did the framing, Monday they poured the cement and did the stamping, Tuesday they did the sawing and protective coat.  They worked in unison very well - it was fun to watch.  They had great suggestions as to the type of stamp and colors to use - they are good at what they do.  I highly reccomend this company and am glad I went with stamped concrete over pavers.
