"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. Two months later, the work began on time and was completed within the 5 day time period that they had promised us. The foreman, Roger, and all of the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. He said that whoever did the work was someone he would be happy to hire to do work at his own home. From start to finish, HomeSpec went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
