"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"Called Chris a year ago for an estimate.  He promptly came over and gave us one.  I tried to get several other landscapers to provide an estimate (to include the original landscaper) but no one would even return my call or when they promised an estimate never gave me one.  Finally, I asked Locke Landscaping to do the job as soon as practical this spring and he called me back right away and got on his schedule.  He promised early May and the team came out on or about 5 May as promised.  The team brought a small earth mover and rebuilt the seawall using the existing rocks and fresh dirt.   Team did a great job building the wall up so that it would last longer and not cave in.  There was some damage to the yard due to the earth mover, but the team was pretty careful to minimize the damage.  Once the earth mover completed the job the team put fresh dirt and seed on the yard to repair the damage.  Overall, the yard looks fine now.  Team did an excellent job and completed the entire job in two days.  Chris then followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything before sending the final bill.  The bill reflected the estimate completely.  I will definitely use Locke Landscaping again, and will recommend to my friends.  Again, I want to emphasize that Chris actually cares about customer satisfaction and was the ONLY contractor to return my phone calls or emails!   He answered promptly like he wants to do business.  This is a professional company.  I highly recommend."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
