"All utilities were located prior to work. Permits were taken care of and completed. Sanitary facilities for the crew were placed and removed promptly and placed so they were not a problem. The crew was courteous and prompt and did the work in a professional manner. They even did a little bit of extra sealing of the sites of foundation cracks in the affected area and pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of in the crawl space of my house that needed my attention. When the work was complete the clean-up was exceptional.

The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. The crew demonstrated Covid-safe practices and though several are cigarette smokers, they kept cigs away from the garage and did not leave a single butt behind. Their finish work is nice, blends well with existing walkways & driveway. My garage is now usable: dry and with a smooth, well-poured floor and apron. "I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need.
