"My concrete walkway attached to the stoop on the side of my house was cracked. Originally I wanted the stoop and the walkway replaced. Of the 4 offers I received, Rigo Ortez was the first person who recommended against that as the stoop was attached to the house and still in very good condition. He was actually concerned that tearing it off might cause issues with the foundation. Rather he suggested back filling under the stoop and attaching the new walkway to the stoop using rebar. While his offer wasn't the lowest price it also wasn't the highest and his guidance on the stoop was appreciated. Ultimately that is the reason I went with his company. They were flexible and came out on my schedule, had MISS-Utility mark off the lines, and completed the work on-time and on-budget. Everything looks great."

Danny at Omega was very prompt and courteous, explained everything that had to be done, and worked well with our insurance company (USAA) in order to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our roof. "Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

He tied in 5 new downspouts to the new drain and re-attached and cleaned out a few more downspouts ensuring my home will remain dry during the wet weather. The job was done on time at a fair cost. "Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall.
