"We hired a structural engineer to inspect our foundation because a crack appeared on the kitchen floor. He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. All went great."

"I used Crosstown Engineering to perform a foundation inspection. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. Following the inspection, I received the written report promptly. The report relieved my concerns about foundation issues so that I avoided unnecessary foundation work. The report made recommendations for some repairs that would help to stabilize the foundation. I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering. I would use them again."

My foundation issues were resolved with no hassle, and Dawn's attention to detail and customer service truly stood out. "The followup visit went great. The technician was very professional and courteous. The warranty they have is excellent, and they will do whatever needs be done to get a house leveled out. In my case, our house continued to settle after they had done some work, and they are out to followup and to determine what additional leveling needs to be done to get the foundation level. I've used this company for several years now and have been very pleased with their sincerity, professionalism, and perseverance in getting things done right and in a timely manner."

"The men dug trenches for two french drains and installed those. They used a rototiller to chew up the remaining part of the bed. We had called 811 to get markings for utilities ahead of time. The men prepared the ground with a good mixture of compost and gardening soil. Next, Mike Rohe described a layout to the men for placing a border of landscape timbers, 3 boulders, 2 strips of river rocks, many plants, shrubs and flowers and the stone walkways. After these initial preparations, Mike looked it over and asked many times for plants, flowers and bushes to be moved slightly, rearranged or replaced. There was also a Japanese maple and a pink redbud in the mix. The best part was that we got to attend and watch this production orchestrated to perfection with careful attention payed to each participating plant. Mike walked the area and looked it over from several angles until he was satisfied. Finally, the men dug holes, put in their mix and planted. Drip lines were added throughout. The last touch was a top layer of mulch. The drip lines were tested. It turned out gorgeous! We did not have to pay extra for tickets to attend this production. They received a standing ovation. Anne really liked that Mike listened to what she wanted and did a beautiful job of incorporating it into the landscape. Landscaping is Mike's passion and it shows!"

"They may be a little more expensive, dollars per pier, than other companies but it is worth it. They did an excellent job on restoring my foundation - - couldn't ask for better performance. I'd recommend them anytime."
