Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. He arrived when he said he would, he and his crew got to work and the job was finished within about 2 hours. He was cheerful and friendly and very easy to work with. He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."

"The inspector, Andrew, was very polite and informative. The work crew, led by Phoenix, did very good work but I did have two complaints. First, the jackhammering caused additional cracking of the basement floor in several places, and second, the lower part of the stairs had to be remvoved to allow room for the jackhammering, but they were not rebuilt correctly. Both the cracks and the steps will be repaired next week by Poseidon. To their credit, they agreed quickly to make the repairs."

"Excellent service and excellent job! My husband and I just bought a house in Altoona and had 2 inches of rain a week later. Water came in the basement along a side wall, where the wall meets the floor. We called Dan for an estimate, along with 2 others. Dan scheduled an appt for an estimate a day later. His estimate was half the cost of the other 2 estimates and he fit us in his schedule to have the work completed the following Tuesday, starting at 6am. His crew was at the house at 5:50am on Tuesday, set up an impressive dust collection system, took 50 minutes to jackhammer out the floor, carry out the out concrete, and drill the holes in about 70ft! They then put in the gravel and pipe, and poured concrete to make it look like new. They were impressive and done in a few hour! We paid Dan with our Visa once the job was finished, so got cash back. Can't say enough good things about them!"
