"Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"Called AA Action Waterproofing on Friday, 5/26/17, and spoke to Rhonda Plaine, Sales & Service Coordinator, to make an appointment. I was scheduled for the very next week, June 1st, to meet with "Angelo" to perform an estimate of the work to be done. I found "Angelo" to be very knowledgeable, and he made his advice easy to understand. We set up a date of June 6th to have the work completed. "Joe," the foreman, and his work-crew of 2 other men arrived at my home on 6/6 at 8:45 AM, and they were quick to begin their exterior excavation work. At the minimum, all 3 men dug to a depth of 8 inches below the outside foundation footer and sealed the exterior wall cracks. My inside cellar walls were scraped, cleaned and caulked. Then, a Zoeller sump pump was installed in the floor. The crew made efficient use of their time, and in just 2 hours their work was done; they departed at 11 AM. Without question, working with AA Action Waterproofing was a positive experience that all began when "Rhonda" answered the telephone (instead of getting someone's voicemail). You get the sense that "their team" really want to help you, at a reasonable price, and still stand behind their work with their warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay with a winner!"

"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

Project Manager Robert Reckmeyer's customer service exceeds the TOP of the rating scale-- due to Mr. Reckmeyer's impeccably clear and responsive communication (via email as well as phone), refreshingly clear explanations of the sequential tasks needed to externally waterproof my home, his attention-to-detail BEFORE the job started (to ensure the contract was crystal clear and complete) AND DURING THE JOB (to ensure all actions were proceeding as planned). Also, Mr. Reckmeyer instantly fixed any imperfection that occurred (with rarity) along the way. Moreover, AFTER the job was completed, my extensively landscaped property was back to beautiful-- just as Mr. Reckmeyer kept assuring me would be the case! When it downpours rain, I now feel CONFIDENT no water will penetrate my walls-- due to the STRATEGICALLY THOROUGH actions designed by Mr. Reckmeyer to keep water out (i.e., to direct water away from my home and to make my foundation walls via water-repelling paint and plastic barriers water-impenetrable)! "Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience.
