"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. "Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

I also had a small leak from the installed pipes once the job was complete but I made 1 call and they immediately came out to fix with no problem. I haven’t had any problems since. "Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."
