"From the initial contact with Carl in sales to the final job being completed by Troy and Kevin, I was extremely happy. I had hired a structural engineer to do the initial assessment of the issue with my foundation movement. Some doors would not shut properly, some cracks in the drywall, etc. I sent the engineering report to Falcone, they came and did an assessment, gave me a quotation right on the spot. I decided to go with them and within a few days was on thier schedule. When they came to start the job, they were right on schedule. Our property needed a complete makeover due to aging, original landscaping and water intrusion in the crawlspace. KJL developed a beautiful plan for our yard. They thoroughly removed the old landscaping, including properly finishing the tree stump removal that a nationally-known firm left incomplete and concealed. KJL expertly regraded our property for good drainage and flow. They diligently solved water issues on the turf and from AC drains. "Job: Grade and slope backyard with new lawn. Remove old patio slab and install new concrete patio. Isaac was very professional in our chats and in person meetings. The work was started quickly and completed in a good time frame. The final product was not what we had hoped for or discussed with Issac. The edge of the patio was left exposed and was supposed to be graded to match the lawn. The yard was not cleaned of the stones or the leftover concrete that was in the yard. My husband did discuss this with Issac and he came back and worked for a bit to pick up rocks by hand. This was not sufficient and there are still many stones and concrete in the yard, the grass has not been able to grow in the areas that are littered with stones and concrete. You can see the grass has grown in other areas of the yard but not where the stones were left. This was by no means the end result we had envisioned. The pictures speak for themselves."
