"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. I appreciate the honesty of the business and I would recommend it to anyone who had the same concerns, and for any of their other services. Ron P Home owner."

"Richard and his team did a great job. Richard came out promptly for a free estimate and offered options for repairing and replacing our driveway. We chose to pave over our old cement driveway with asphalt, a one-day job. Richard worked with the team all day, and they finished the job by late afternoon. They prepped the area, applied the asphalt, beveled edges and smoothed transitions to existing walkway, steps, and cement apron by the road. The driveway is smooth, neat, and looks great! Richard was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We recommend him and his company to others.

"Dean provided my complimentary basement inspection which consisted of looking for water entry points, foundation and floor cracks, and all potential other water challenges in the basement. He spent about 20 minutes walking me through each point of the Inspection and explaining to me the purpose what he was looking for and why. At the end of the complimentary inspection, Dean confirmed no further action would be necessary. Dean was professional, knowledgeable and polite; never pushy and very honest. I would highly recommend Thompson's Basement Waterproofing's free inspection to anyone concerned about your basement. Thompson's obviously is only interested in selling their products to people who need them; not taking advantage of Homeowner's who don't have the subject matter expertise needed to properly assess this type of situation. "Led by Brett Boyles (foreman) out of the York/Red Lion area; Brett, Clarence and John took care of some flooding issues that have been plaguing us for years. They fixed cracked cinder block walls, they put in a BDry system that is BEAUTIFUL, they turned a passive French-Drain system into an active system, and they turned an unhealthy basement into one with healthy air quality. They worked so hard and were so courteous, I feel so much more relaxed now. Brett knows his stuff and the other guys were awesome as well.
