"I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"Fantastic! Erik really knows what he is doing. Hos attention to the small details is extroadinary. He put in a new apron out of the garage 2 years ago, last year he and his crew did a new low slope driveway approach replacing the city curb with its steep angle. My car kept bottoming out on the standard rollover curb. When the city inspcted it the inspector commented on the quality of the job. Just today they finished the diveway with a couple of pours totallimg 20 yards. It looks great and already several neighbors have complemented it. "Rob was very prompt arranging an interview, was totally professional throughout. Very, very easy to work with and very responsive to questions and concerns. His crew was very polite, took great care to cover floors, and cleaned up very thoroughly after they finished. Had a leak from the utility sink after the install - foreman came an hour after I called and fixed the problem and cleaned up the water. A couple weeks later there was water again under one of the windows. Rob and his foreman came at 9:30 that night, a half hour after I called, to look at the problem, which was from the window well. The crew was back the next day, fixed the problem, and the basement has been dry ever since. I would absolutely recommend Rob and his crew and am thrilled the basement isn't wet anymore!
