"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

"These guys were great! They were friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They looked at my steps and didn't exaggerate the problem. I was told what needed to be done and that they were going to drill a few holes to inject the limestone grout, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do. I did call around to get quotes from other companies and was quoted $3000 as a starting point. I paid a fraction of that cost and got my money's worth. "I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."
