They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"We recently had our foundation repaired. It was a very daunting, stressful situation - especially thinking of the total cost. Complete Basement Systems provided an excellent quote for both short term and long term solutions while staying at a reasonable price. The crew that did the actual repair did a great job and were very professional. As far as customer service, it could’ve been better. We were put on the list to complete our project sooner if time opened up. However, we were only given 1 business day (not even a filled day) notice. Also, while I put the caller on hold to see if we could adjust our schedules with such short notice, she proceeded to tell her CO-worker how crazy it was the SHE was put on hold. I didn’t appreciate that. Also we received various calls throughout the process and most of them were towards the end of the business day. This is fine, but it does take longer to resolve issues when notified at the END of the day without an opportunity to call back to resolve said issue. Overall, good experience. I’m happy with the end results."

"After our lawn was ravaged by spidermites, we needed serious repair work on the grass.  Rock and Larry were very helpful and dedicated to doing a good job.  When I explained our budget for the project, they cut labor costs by putting the old grass into a berm on the property rather than hauling all of it out.  They channeled the savings back into the sod cost and though it exceeded our budget by a little, it was clear that we got the best value from working with this company.  The work was done on schedule and in a very timely manner and the final result was beautiful!  Larry and Rock were very helpful and more than willing to answer questions about watering schedule, moreover, they came by to inspect the grass in person if there was a question about what to do.  Our HOA asked us to take down a few dead trees during this time and Centennial took them down for a very reasonable price while they were on the property doing the other prep work for the new sod.  If we had to do a big landscaping job again, I would hire them in a heartbeat! 
I should add that almost a year after this work was done, our circuit breaker tripped during a storm and our sprinklers were inoperative for a few weeks while we were on vacation.  Our grass started drying and yellowing... I got an e-mail from Larry saying he had noticed there was a problem with the grass.  My husband had made it home by that time and gotten the sprinklers working again, but we were so impressed by the stewardship that Larry still had for his work a year later.
