"I'm proud to hear my son, Robert Wolfrum, is working for Perma-Seal. I first used Perma-Seal in the 80's for a foundation crack repair in our South Holland, IL home and then again at our Tinley Park, IL home. Both experiences were memorable and professional and fixed our basement water problems. It is good to know that my son is working for a reputable company that has been doing quality work for decades. I was surprised to hear that they do insulation and concrete leveling."

"Called company on Monday and got an appointment for an inspection on Wednesday. That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."

"Overall the company was great to deal with. There was a delay in them getting back with us regarding a trim piece that needed to be installed. They made it right. I would recommend them for this type of service/repair."

"Devin Rhoades was excellent at explaining in detail about our needs and possibilities in fixing our support wall and encapsulating our crawl space and draining the water away from our house. He was well informed on all aspects of our situation. I would recommend Devin and Chicago Basement Systems to anyone needing help with basements or crawlspace issues."

"They did a great job and were very thorough. They found new cracks during the job and didn t charge more to fill them"

"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. This seemed like what was going to be a complicated job, using augered jacks, concrete removal, and replacing trex floor. ...In a nutshell, they made what seemed hard..very manageableand 100% solved.Excellent service, excellant price......Terry M."
