"We have used IBC for two projects, and both times they have done a great job. For the first project, we had a long retaining wall running the length of one side of our property, and it was cracking and leaning. We interviewed several firms for the project, and IBC seemed to have the best expertise and was very competitively priced. They did a great job on the project and it has been flawless now for over a year. Our second project was to replace a wooden retaining wall bordering our front garden that was starting to lean. IBC replaced it with a much more structurally sound wall and even used a stone on the outside of the wall that matched the rest of the house. It looks great. We'd definitely use IBC again!"

"Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. He assessed the problem and pointed out that, while we could of course undertake the considerable actions the other companies recommended, it was more than likely that a simple fix of rerouting our gutter drain would fix our problem - a $20 fix that we could do on our own vs. the thousands of dollars in repairs recommended by the other companies. He told us that he could not honestly take our money knowing this small fix was likely all that was required. The remedy worked. "Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

Danny at Omega was very prompt and courteous, explained everything that had to be done, and worked well with our insurance company (USAA) in order to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our roof. When the subcontractors came to do the work, they damaged most of our gutters, but Omega was very professional and quickly provided the funds to replace the damaged areas. "Jaime was absolutely fabulous!  My husband and I were in the midst of selling our home.  An inspection report identified a cracked truss in the attic and a few other items that didn't fit squarely into the major systems of the house.  Truss problems can crush a home sale so we were extremely worried about having the work done well, efficiently and at a good price.  Initially, we contacted roofing companies thinking did that sort of work but after talking to several folks, we learned that a carpenter or general contractor specializing in construction or carpentry could do the work.  I was referred to Mr. Peredo by a structural engineer we spoke with about the problem.  I made contact with Jaime on a mid-day Sunday and by Monday morning I had a message from him.  We spoke on Monday, I explained what we needed and he agreed to come out on Wednesday.  He climbed into our attic, examined the truss, asked where the closest home improvement store was located and was off.  He returned with special lumbar and nails and sistered the truss.  The whole job took him like three hours, start to finish.  He drove all the way from Virginia to Laurel, Maryland to perform this work.  He was fast, extremely professional, and charged us a fair rate.  He agreed to also do some additional work for us as well, i.e. parge work, carpet pad repair and upgrading. 
I am extremely particular in how I want work to be done particularly in this situation where the work had to be done to someone's satisfaction.  Jaime was a Go- send.  I highly recommend him! He was honest, fair, efficient and did stellar work!  If we purchase another home in this area he will be our go-to person for all contracting work. PERIOD!
