"Came out and inspected. Found that my foundation was just fine. Noted a non serious slope in basement slab, but said it could wait a long time. Didn’t need to spend 20-30k on a fix."

"Steve came over and gave us some good news (not a foundation problem), but also gave us a reference to someone who repairs concrete for the type of problem we have. He really knew all about these issues and told us some signs to look for that would indicate a real foundation problem. Very pleasant company to deal with."

"Turns out I didn’t need foundation repair. So they’re honest at the least :-)"

"Fixed my foundation. Thank you"

"Rome and his crew were amazing! They worked their tails off all day. Helped come up with a way to fix our entry stairs and make our new extension blend. Our driveway looks amazing. Rome was very professional, prompt and reliable! We highly recommend him to any and all! You will not be disappointed."

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."

"Island concrete did a fabulous job and completed the work on time as agreed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs concrete done. Very professional."

"My experience with 'Installation CO' was particularly good!! The quote process for the work needed was very customer friendly and received the following day. Jo Estrada answered all my questions and gave me some options on how the repairs could be completed to save me some money. The technicians arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. They even found a couple of problems that I was not aware of and fixed them at no extra charge. I highly recommend them will be calling them in the future if I need anything additional. Great experience all around!! Mark Smith Maple Valley, WA"

"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. He also provided an itemized list of costs soon after he visited our home to see what was needed to be done. We will be hiring him for future projects and highly recommend him to others."
