"Eric Smith came out to repair my irrigation system. He arrived on time. He assessed the initial problem and fixed it like it should have originally been installed. He then assessed multiple other problems throughout the system, and fixed those. I am very pleased with his quality of work and work ethic. I will reach out to C&L, and request Eric for any future irrigation issues that I might I have."

"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. We highly recommend Sterling Contractor Services for all concrete and fencing projects; you won't be disappointed. Kevin & Deneen Baldwin satisfied clients of Sterling Contractor Services"

"Professional. He gave me some alternatives and did the work quickly and it turned out great. Easy to work. The pool pavers are all fixed and solid again.
