"Great! Morne and his helper were right on time and finished a little early. He reduced the size of a very square shaped front garden and added some curves to it. Earth toned river rock was added with crotons and brick edging. It all matches the color scheme of my house beautifully. He also used the river rock and edging around a tree and in an area that has utility boxes. It really gave the yard a clean look and it's much easier for me to maintain. I highly recommend this company."

"Joe is the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber going! I had the good fortune of finding him on Angie's list.!! He actually popped up as the very 1st plumber when I searched for a plumber. I had called and reached out to numerous plumbers that my neighbors recommended. and I then reached out to Joe. I explained my issue with a kitchen sink faucet leaking water and Joe was SMART enough to ask me to send him pictures of the kitchen sink and also the back wall of the bathroom, which I did. He viewed my pictures in advance as was able to advise me he would be able to fix my issue WITHOUT the need to RE PLUMB my entire house unlike OTHER vendors that I called and described the issue to who stated that my house we need to be completely re plumbed. He was he ONLY vendor that asked me to send him pictures of both the kitchen sink and the behind wall bathroom pipes. He he so smart and knew in advance how to effectively attack the issue BEFORE arriving and was able to start on the work immediately when he saw the issues. Joe is a one man show and self running owner. He takes great pride in his work and was very reasonable and HONEST is his assessment an overall repair to my old home built in the early 1940's. He not only fixed the repaired area's, but also patched up the effective area's. he worked on. Pictures of the repairs were sent during each phase of the cleanup and repairs. Couldn't ask for better communication. All repairs were done by the company employees of ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. No waiting for subcontractors for days or weeks on end. I received quotes from 4 different companies, and their quote was the most reasonable. When the project was completed I was pleased with the professional work with a guarantee they would come back free of charge if any mold reappeared. Rico was the technician assigned to the job, and he took all necessary steps to get it done right. "I can’t say enough about this business. Cisco, the owner, takes great pride in his company and it shows in the type of people he employs. They are reliable, professional and honest and they are amazing at their craft! Carlos and Jose were assigned to do our installation and their work was meticulous. They took great care each day to be sure each piece of wood was cut and laid perfectly. We were very impressed with their attention to every possible detail. At the end of every day, they cleaned up completely before leaving. Cisco paid several visits to supervise their work ( which wasn’t necessary) and was available by phone day or night. There was nothing that we needed that he didn’t place as a high priority. Upon completion of this project, we learned that we would be relocating to Seattle and needed to put our house up for sale. This meant a home inspection and many small issues that would need to be addressed.
