"Derk came out and did a thorough inspection and made recommendations on what needed to be done.  He took measurements throughout the house and then discussed his recommendations on what should be done.  Rather than use the scare approach and put down other companies the way other contractors had done, he took a more conservative approach to fixing the problem and was extremely professional in explaining what he would be doing.  . 
He put piers around the entire perimeter of the house and when it was completed, the house felt good as new.  He did explain that leveling the house would not fill in the cracks that showed up when the house had settled but we had high hopes it would.  He told us to wait 90 days to fix the interior cracks and warned us that more cracking could occur.  We waited and did the work and five months later, we have no signs of any more problems.
The only negative thing I can say is that his workers left the area littered with water bottles but when I pointed it out to him, he had it taken care of immediately.
Communication was excellent.  He responded right away any time i had a question.

"At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company"

"I hired GL Hunt to repair my foundation that needed 17 piers and I was assigned Chris Chamberlin. He explained throughly to my husband and I the whole process of the repair giving us the best and not so best options for our foundation. Well, we chose the best option for our home. When the crew came to the home they were very friendly and explained very well when I asked questions. It took them two days to do the work and afterwards then cleaned up and left it as if they were never there. My repairs look so good that I couldn’t tell where the cracks in the brick were! When they completed the pad, I came out with a level afterwards and anywhere I set it, the level was spot on. had another vendor come in to build concrete block walls on the beams, had no complaints with what was provided to build on. Wolfe concrete, left the jobsite clean and his crew was also respectful and well manered."
