"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Richard and his team did a great job. Richard came out promptly for a free estimate and offered options for repairing and replacing our driveway. We chose to pave over our old cement driveway with asphalt, a one-day job. Richard worked with the team all day, and they finished the job by late afternoon. They prepped the area, applied the asphalt, beveled edges and smoothed transitions to existing walkway, steps, and cement apron by the road. The driveway is smooth, neat, and looks great! "We called for an appointment to discuss remedition for our basement walls. The walls had cracks where water was leaking in.  A company representative came to our house at 8pm on a weeknight to discuss repair options. He discussed all available options as well as pricing and longevity pertaining to each option. After deciding on an option, we set up an appointment for the repair work.  Four workers and one inspector came to our house to do the repair. They were mindful of our off white carpets and put floor coverings down for protection. While they were driling the cement in the basement and sealing the walls, they kept us informed on how the process was going and all the next steps needed. They were highly professional, courteous, clean and very friendly. After the job was completed, we had a few followup questions and they responded quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
