"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I called Flinn's Rooter Service early in the morning and left a message that I had a clogged drain line from my kitchen sink that I would like to have repaired. Noah immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment to access the problem. He arrived at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation and told me what it would cost to fix the problem. I agreed to have him do the work which involved going under the house and cleaning out the drain lines. The problem was corrected before noon time. Noah had an excellent attitude and was very responsive in performing the work in a timely and professional manner. "I needed some crawlspace work done, and I originally reached out to a big name company. They took 3 weeks just to get someone on site to look at my crawlspace, and then they didn't show up. He was at my home in an hour and working with me on a solution to my needs. The Tiger C team was great, and because they are a family owned business, they don't have a huge overhead machine to feed with your money. So, I was able to get an amazing price, and amazing service from a 100% local service provider. His team installed a moisture barrier, installed a new door (which required some masonry work), installed a dehumidifier, sealed the vents, installed some lights + electrical (subcontracted), rerouted some plumbing, and installed about 400sq foot of elevated platform for storage. They were done in four days. I could not have been happier with the final product and the friendly / professional team. Great service, great people, great price, and a great final product. I am definitely going back to Candido for my next project."

We have a wooden fence (around our small back patio) which needs repair, & Lupe & I discussed the possibility of his fixing it, but he said he'd have to come out later sometime, to look at it more carefully, to give me an estimate.

I also asked him for an estimate to get up our leaves twice (in Dec. & Jan.), but he said he'd have to come out then to see how many leaves there are to get up, in order to give me an estimate."

Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite.
