"Mr Callahan gave me a through evaluation of trees in my yard telling me which were most dangerous so far as my house, and told me about problem areas. He gave a very reasonable estimate, the workers were polite, quick and effective and left the area looking better than prior to service. Only minor problem was that I didn't hear right away where I was in the cue and had to call and find out when the work would be done. This is a minimal problem considering they are the only tree company I would consider calling now.

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
