"We are a design/build firm specialized in foundation repairs. We always subcontract with Alpha Foundations/formerly Florida Foundation Authority for all our jobs. They always do an excellent job living up to our high professional engineering standards. The holy renewal crew (Jordan, Garrett, and Nick) just did an excellent job for us, as usual. Thanks, Alpha Foundations, Lotus Engineering and Construction, Inc. Moody Madkour, P.E."

Thank you Florida Crete Construction."

"Needed a small problem with the pavers by the pool fixed before it became a big problem. They came out gave an estimate, came back the next morning and got it done fast, and did it better than the people who put down the pavers in the first place. Great work."

"I met with there estimator Bryce Peterson. I could not have been more pleased with his presentation and his service. He was very professional and explained in detail his findings in reference to my cracks in my tile & foundation. I would highly recommend him and his company."

"We had one branch that was on our back tree that we hadn't even thought about which they pointed out. They removed the branch and didn't even charge us for it. They just went around and fixed things for us. They were very prompt and clean. There was no evidence except for stumps. There weren't any leaves in the yard when they were done. They were amazing. This business is run by a husband and wife; it is not very big but this is all that they do. Their prices were very reasonable too."

"Joey and his team have been cleaning my house since January 2015 on a bi-weekly basis. I was immediately very impressed by how professional and responsive Joey is (he's really good at returning phone calls and texts quickly) and he and his team are very friendly and good with my two small (and admittedly crazy) dogs. They have a specific cleaning routine so, when you hire them, you don't have to tell them what to do, but they're also really good at accommodating special requests. For example, I like my couch vacuumed once a month, and I have an area rug that occasionally needs spot cleaning, so we added those things to the "routine." I'm a little bit of a perfectionist (some might call it OCD!) about stuff, so I really appreciate attention to detail, and there have been times where Joey or one of his staff have taken the initiative to clean something or do something that's not part of the normal routine just because they saw it needed doing (like cleaning under my stove's range hood, or folding a pile of clean laundry). Joey also has some handyman skills, if you need help with things that go beyond your typical cleaning (he fixed some quarter round that had come loose from my wall molding, and helped me troubleshoot some issues I was having with my laminate flooring. He charges extra for handyman stuff, but his rates are really reasonable. Another important thing for me, especially since I'm home alone with a baby when they come, is that I have always felt safe around Joey and his staff, and I trust having them in my home. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this cleaning service!"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
