James bid for the old fashioned technique of actually going up the trees, cutting bit by bit and lowering the stumps, which creates less disturbance and damage on your property."

"It went fine I suppose but I felt a little short-changed as I paid for 10 hours of cleaning with the Angie's List deal but the cleaning folks left prior to that time (3 workers stayed for 2.5hrs so I felt like I only received 7.5hrs) and there were things they could have done (e.g., more dusting, wiping down doors or baseboards...) that I discovered after they left. What they did clean, they did a good job on but I felt like I got their standard "first-time clean" service rather than 10 hours worth of cleaning. So, if you buy a deal from them, then maybe just be super clear about your expectations."
