"The representative was honest with respect to their ability to satisfy my needs. The project was not in their "wheelhouse" and they were open about what they could and could not do."

"Ben and company did a great job in a very short period of time. New retaining walls south and west, with a beautiful privacy fence. The detail of the support system will ensure our little hill will not roll down hill for many decades to come! Thanks, Ben!"

"Rangel Water Proofing and Construction employees were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy and impressed with work performed, and would definitely use them again, in the future."

"I had several quotes for a fairly extensive leak in my poured basement wall resulting from poor workmanship during the original construction. Several contractors told me the foundation would have to be dug up to do a proper repair. I was hoping for another solution so I called this company. They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible. I waited until now to write this review so I could be honest about how it turned out. Well, it hasn't leaked a drop! I would recommend this company to anybody. They earned my trust and they saved me a lot of money and grief."

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"Steven went above and beyond was very kind trustworthy and explained to me in great detail what the job was going to consist of. I would definitely recommend him and his company for eradicating mold. Thank you Steven so much it was a pleasure and a blessing meeting you."

"I had the crawl space on my 1946 house encapsulated (+ lots of foundation repairs/structural improvements) in Dec 2021. The FSM crew exceeded my expectations. Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break. They cleaned up perfectly, informed me in detail of everything they were doing, were patient with my numerous questions. I would recommend FSM, and especially this crew, without reservations."

"They are a company that I have used before. They do very good work."

"Easy experience. Great salesman lol but the workers were awesome and really respectful. They messed up once on some of my city piping, but they came out the same day and fixed it with no questions or complaints. Nice to know my basement is warranted for the rest of the life of the house."

"Dave did an outstanding job. He was very responsive, quote was extremely reasonable and when he left you wouldn’t even know he was there…other than a new slab in the yard. Highly recommended!!"
