The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! After the tear out was done, I asked him to quote the class five preparation. We agreed on $1350 and the work was done the next day. Everything was done on time. He left the work side and street clean. Everything is ready for me to put the pavers down. Very nice to work with. Good job."
