I am in Kenton Delaware and just brought a new build in 2019 to turn around and get a crack in my foundation is upsetting. The owner is nice and the workers are respectful and patiently do the work. Today it is raining 3/5/2022 and this gives me a chance to check the work. Mt leak is gone! I give the 5 stars because they really help me.

My home is on a slope overlooking the canal in Lower Makefield, PA., and five years ago I hired Premier to waterproof a utility room in the lower level, which had water issues whenever we had heavy rain. Sam and his team explained cause of the problem and offered a solution that involved installing a drain and sump pump, etc. His team was professional, efficient and careful of the rest of my home. Within less than a day, the job was finished and the utility room has been dry ever since. For the past few years, I've had a similar problem in my garage - water draining through the walls due to the location of my house. So, I called Sam and Premier again. He was prompt in coming to review the situation and offered a similar solution. His team arrived at 7 this morning and were finished by noon. Another immaculate job! I highly recommend Premier. Sam and his team are complete professionals who clearly identify the cause of the problem and offer a solution -- and in terms that can be understood by a lay person. The Lifetime Warranty is a bonus.

Would recommend this company to anyone they waterproofed my home over 10 yrs ago there was an issue with the subpump and they came out and replaced the subpump no problem at all.

Came on time and left on time... cleaned up their mess, too! Very fair pricing, definitely worth every penny for a mold-and-moisture free basement! Very highly recommended!

It's been a year since we had a sump pump and drain installed. Our basement has been dry every day since. Every time it rains my husband and I anxiously check the basement and then high-five and say "best money ever spent!" We did run into some issues when they started digging up the floor but we were able to come up with a work around and a revised price that worked for everyone.

My overall experience with Basement Gurus is amazing from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and thorough. Price is the best among the three companies I quoted. Dan Kelly (owner) is personable. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. Also, a shout out to Carlos (head crew) and his crew. He was very attentive to detail. Left the work area clean after each day. (They were there for a total of 3 days). I had french drains installed in 2 areas of my basement, and 3 underground sump pumps and 1 above. They were also there to seal the outside of my home where water was coming into the basement. Carlos sealed off all the areas and prepped them where he needed to work. What can I say? I am a very satisfied customer. Oh, did I mention the lifetime warranty on the french drains. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for basement waterproofing services!!!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!

He showed up on time and was pleasant. The only complaint I have is the technician could have re-insulated the copper tubing where he removed it from the outside compressor to check for coolant leaks.
