"We needed a reliable contractor to fix problems with our foundation. Lux Foundation Solutions was recommended to us based on previous work by the West Virginian realtor we worked with for our house. First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. The quality of the work speaks for itself! I’m very happy to have hired Lux Foundation Solutions and they are my first company to call if another job needs to get done! I highly recommend the company for your crawl space work!"

"They honored their contract and were willing to come back and help us work through a problem that popped up. It was refreshing to have a company actually be responsible and take responsibility. They were kind, professional and actually took care of us, what else can I say?"

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"very knowledgeable, very personable, figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it"

"I am a retired code official. This individual has excellent judgement for a all around handyman. I would not hesitate to give him a call again. He solved many of my repair issues, involving ceiling fans, exterior wood handrails, and other projects. He is honest, was efficient and his charges were very reasonable. I differently recommend Green Pastures."

"I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. If I need some work done on the foundation or attic, I will most certainly work with them again. They are courteous, communicative, and provide excellent service. Simon was fantastic to work with."

"The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was present when the team did the site preparation. I observed a lot of the work out of curiosity. They worked well as a team. Deliveries of the septic tank and materials for the drain field arrived on time and in coordination with the work being done. Several tactical decisions were made regarding the installation of the drain field to speed up the job in an effort to remain ahead of the weather. This gave them time to fill in the trenches, smooth the surface, plant seed that we requested, and cover the seed with straw before the rain came. Otherwise, we would have had a muddy mess. Well done!"

"Used Grady's for doing tile and grout repair for my living/dining/Kitchen floor, which is well over 1000sq feet. Very reasonable pricing, and extremely clean job. They sealed up all the grout.."

"Professional company who handled repairing foundation and waterproofing basement, from inspection and plans to construction and installation. On time and within budget. But the peace of mind is priceless."

"Brendan and his team inspected our home before we purchased it and determined there were moisture issues in the crawlspace. After we moved in, he promptly got us on his schedule, and completed the encapsulation of our crawlspace. The quality of the work is top notch and Brendan is professional and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Foundation Works if you need work done to your basement or crawlspace!"
