"Excellent, was on time and perfect. Brad and his team (sorry, forgot his name) were even able to lift the concrete wall and it was done perfectly. They even caulked around the entire area, cleaned it out etc. Used hydraulic lift to lift it and then put the foundation repair compound. THank you."

"It was not a concrete foundation"

"U-Need Concrete did an excellent job with the concrete slab they installed. I had a concrete slab poured for a detached garage that they graded my lot so the slab area was level with my existing driveway. I got a very high quality foundation for my building with 1 foot footers using rebar and concrete wire in all the other areas to insure it was a long lasting slab. They do not cut corners that would lower the quality of their work. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. Their prices were very fair and they are an honest stand up company. They were reliable and professional, handling any issues that came up with ease. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. They really cared about making sure I was happy with the result. I highly recommend them."

"My concrete tile roof was looking cruddy and not so red anymore when I asked SMPW to clean it. This company had done so once before, with excellent results, so I had confidence that they would repeat the performance. I was not disappointed. Rico was the technician assigned to the job, and he took all necessary steps to get it done right. Not only was the roof beautifully red again, but he washed all windows and even cleaned the outside of the house, A/C units and a small deck to our sunroom. The entire house looked new again."

"Exceeded expectations! All of the cracks and pitted concrete was not noticeable anymore . Rich was very specific in the step by step process and created a custom finish to my satisfaction."

"The move went great. They were very professional and courteous. Shrink wrapped everything and were careful with the fragile stuff. Will hire them again. Took them 4 hours total which involved traveling to the new house which was 40 minutes away."
