"Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Jaime was absolutely fabulous!  My husband and I were in the midst of selling our home.  An inspection report identified a cracked truss in the attic and a few other items that didn't fit squarely into the major systems of the house.  Truss problems can crush a home sale so we were extremely worried about having the work done well, efficiently and at a good price.  Initially, we contacted roofing companies thinking did that sort of work but after talking to several folks, we learned that a carpenter or general contractor specializing in construction or carpentry could do the work.  I was referred to Mr. Peredo by a structural engineer we spoke with about the problem.  I made contact with Jaime on a mid-day Sunday and by Monday morning I had a message from him.  We spoke on Monday, I explained what we needed and he agreed to come out on Wednesday.  He climbed into our attic, examined the truss, asked where the closest home improvement store was located and was off.  He returned with special lumbar and nails and sistered the truss.  The whole job took him like three hours, start to finish.  He drove all the way from Virginia to Laurel, Maryland to perform this work.  He was fast, extremely professional, and charged us a fair rate.  He agreed to also do some additional work for us as well, i.e. parge work, carpet pad repair and upgrading. 
I am extremely particular in how I want work to be done particularly in this situation where the work had to be done to someone's satisfaction.  Jaime was a Go- send.  I highly recommend him! He was honest, fair, efficient and did stellar work!  If we purchase another home in this area he will be our go-to person for all contracting work. PERIOD!

"We had our roof replaced due to the storm which occurred last year. Danny at Omega was very prompt and courteous, explained everything that had to be done, and worked well with our insurance company (USAA) in order to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our roof. When the subcontractors came to do the work, they damaged most of our gutters, but Omega was very professional and quickly provided the funds to replace the damaged areas. Quick, professional, and honest."

"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

"We had a few delays due to a little snow (26" here) but once we could see the ground again,  Drainage & Erosion Solutions descended upon our yard with around 8-10 guys to dig down to the footer by hand. I was amazed that they completed all the digging, had a hole cut for the egress window, and installed the window the first day. The second day they filled in a bunch of cracks, applied several different layers of waterproofing material and filled the trench back in, tamping it down every few feet. I'm pretty confident there isn't going to be any settling as they packed it all in very tight. The third day, they hauled out the extra dirt and restored our side yard to look the same as when they started, including re-spreading mulch that they had removed from the area to perform the work.
This job required that our outdoor HVAC unit be disconnected and temporarily moved. They had a an outside contractor do this work, airnovations, llc, and those guys were very professional too. It was going to be in the 20's overnight and they made sure we'd still have heat by using the auxiliary heater while the unit was disconnected.
All the guys were really nice. Most, if not all the crew spoke English so there was never any communications issues. David Arias was the operations manager and he was in touch either in person or by phone several times a day to keep me updated on the work and coordinating with the HVAC guys. This was one of the smoothest experiences we've had when getting major work done to our home.

"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. I. 100% recommend ET General Contractor Inc. for any home improvements you may need. I truly feel that Julio’s honesty, integrity, professionalism and work ethic was what I believe to be the best possible scenario for what ended up being a clean, well-executed project, and still what I believe to be a fair price.
