"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Internal basement drainage system was originally installed in 2002 by former homeowners. The warranty is lifetime and transferable. I was getting signs of water backing up in the block walls. They came out and corrected the issue promptly and were very easy to work with, even doing more than I expected. I might add without complaining! Great guys who stand behind their work! "Overall the experience was pretty good. The only issue I had was there was miscommunication between the work crew and the sales person who came out to the house. The work crew went strictly by the contract written and claimed besides the French drain and sump pump installation, they were only sealing two wall cracks when there were actually four. The crew also found a soft spot in the wall near a support beam. I was told to call the sales rep because this would result in "additional charges." I wasn't having it. I hired RC to waterproof the basement and that meant to me the job gets done entirely for the price paid. I ended up calling the owner Justin and being a good businessman he took care of it and I got the repairs done at no additional cost. So make sure that the work order is written well and detailed."
