The quality of their work is outstanding, and the edging was better than the original patio when it was new. They were able to re-use our existing pavers, which saved us a lot vs new materials. "Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"We recently had our foundation repaired. It was a very daunting, stressful situation - especially thinking of the total cost. Complete Basement Systems provided an excellent quote for both short term and long term solutions while staying at a reasonable price. The crew that did the actual repair did a great job and were very professional. As far as customer service, it could’ve been better. We were put on the list to complete our project sooner if time opened up. However, we were only given 1 business day (not even a filled day) notice. Also, while I put the caller on hold to see if we could adjust our schedules with such short notice, she proceeded to tell her CO-worker how crazy it was the SHE was put on hold. I didn’t appreciate that. Also we received various calls throughout the process and most of them were towards the end of the business day. This is fine, but it does take longer to resolve issues when notified at the END of the day without an opportunity to call back to resolve said issue. Overall, good experience. I’m happy with the end results."

"The excellent grading with the protection of a rubber liner and river rock along two foundation walls in July 2019 prevented my basement from flooding recently when my sprinkler manifold next to the foundation broke and water spilled out for 1 1/2 hours, but none came in the basement! Chris and his son were hard-working, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and their work!"

"Ramon and his team were outstanding! They removed the old concrete and got the new walkways laid very quickly. They used rebar just as I had requested. The walkways look great! They did an outstanding job cleaning up as well. While laying the forms they accidentally hit two of my sprinkler lines. Ramon came back and he personally repaired the lines and apologized. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service and how quickly Ramon responded! I highly recommend this company!!"

"Sigi and his crew did a beautiful job on a patio in front of our house. It's made of pavers but looks like natural stone. I've never worked with any contractor who did such a great job. He put a design flair in the patio, they completed it in five days. They cleaned up/swept the area each evening before they left. It is wonderful!"
