"We recently had a team work on our home to fix a variety of foundation problems. In short, good communication and friendly customer service. Our sales rep Michael Freddolino was great. He was quick to respond to my first call and followed up without pestering when my husband and I dropped the ball and explained everything in a way we could understand it. Austin, Johnathan, Chris and Isaiah were the crew who worked at the house and were the nicest and most respectful group of workers. They were careful with our home, inside and out and cleaned up any mess that was made. They communicated very well with us to let us know how the progress was going and other items they ran into so they could be resolved right away. And if you can believe it, we ended up spending less than was originally estimated! I would definitely recommend them."

"Last year, the roots from the two large trees in my front strangled the main lines of my springkler system. I was mid August and I could not find anyone to repair it. This spring, I received a card in the mail from Henry Ho, the owner of Natural Landscaping and Design. Henry and his crew came out and literally transformed my fron and back yards. Decorative rock, new topsoil and a reduced footprint lawn, and beautiful flowers, AND a spinkler system that is beeter than the one I had before. All in 3 1/2 days. "Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"The excellent grading with the protection of a rubber liner and river rock along two foundation walls in July 2019 prevented my basement from flooding recently when my sprinkler manifold next to the foundation broke and water spilled out for 1 1/2 hours, but none came in the basement! Chris and his son were hard-working, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and their work!"

"I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."

"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"This was an exceptional experience. Larry initially came out and created a design for us (on an Angie's List special) as we really didn't know where to start (new home - no landscaping on sides or back of house with huge slope in the back of the property). We had a limited budget and a large area to cover. Larry came up with some great ideas for the retaining wall (which other contractors had told me I'd need a 2-tier wall because of the grade). Larry was able to do it in one tier, saving us a lot of money. The rest of the design was great too. Larry listened AND heard all of our input and designed it accordingly, knowing that we would not be able to complete everything the first year. Once we decided to go with Centennial, Larry gave us a start date and was here at the appointed date and time. His crew was great! They worked virtually nonstop for a bit over a week installing the sprinkler system extension to the back, the retaining wall, fence, grass and rock. The sprinkler system is another place where we were able to save money. Other contractors told us we would need a new controller and 3 stations in back while Larry was able to use the existing controller and only two stations in the back even leaving additional hose in the planter for additional sprinkler heads. The overall job was excellent. The quality of work was 2nd to none. The price actually came in below budget and we are thrilled with the result. Any little setbacks and all concerns were discussed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. The only down side is that I didn't realize that Centennial also does maintenance work. I'll have to give Larry a call about that and another project that we are looking to complete this year."

"Very well! Courteous, respectful, truly listened to my questions, explaining his answers until I understood the situations thoroughly. I have very little experience/knowledge in home repairs I am an elderly female..... EASILY could have been price gauged and/or taken advantage of my lack of knowledge concerning the repairs needed. Chris, and his employee, did NOT do this. My property's work had to be fitted around the weather, so completion took a while. This was fully explained to me, as it occurred. My availability schedule was wide open, so weather was not an issue for me. Chris was even working into darkness, in order to complete the jobs in a timely fashion. His employee even worked in a surprise snowstorm. No disrespectful words, or foul language, out of either of them. If they generated any trash or debris, they promptly removed it. Chris even picked up anOTHER company’s trash that had been left strewn throughout my property (lunch break debris)! This is a “Christian business “, which was irrelevant to my needs. Chris did NOT press any evangelical remarks on me…it had no bearing on my decision to hire him. He did good quality work. His company may be fairly small compared to some, but Chris has the knowledge, and the drive, to grow his company, due to his honesty, perseverance and hard work. If I had had any problems or issues with the work holding up over the long haul, I haven’t any doubt that Chris & his crew would come back, fixing whatever the issue might have been."
