"Advanced Basement Solutions were very professional, personable and worked quickly. They were reasonably priced after I had multiple astronomical quotes and felt defeated, they reassured me that there are still great companies that won’t rack up the rates. I appreciated the fact that they explained the process and kept me updated with the progress. I would recommend their services to all."

"They are very good and polite. They came back to fix a leak with no problem."

"Thank you Rich and John from bakers waterproofing. They did an excellent job and were very polite. I have had a lot of work done on my newly purchased home and no company was as professional as these guys. Thanks for fixing the leaky gutter that another company had done and I could not get them to come back and fix this problem. Thanks!"

"Bill and his crew were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on digging a French drain in my basement and installing a sump pump. Bill was here in the same day as I called to inspect the damage and was able to tell me what needed done to fix my issues. I would 10/10 recommend bill and his crew to anyone that is having water issues. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and will not have to worry or stress anymore about water in our basement."

"Saturday, July 30, 2022 H&R Waterproofing Review Sump pump & French drain How about very HONEST, dependable, reputable and even adaptable! First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. We would certainly do that and we highly recommend them. Also, their pump system is definitely less costly than some others. Tom and Florence Mack Kennedy Township"

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"We are very pleased with result. Cullen was patient and understanding regarding the wait to get church council approval. Cullen demonstrated knowledge of the building foundation and plant layout appropriate for the area (busy highway). He responded to issues that needed to be addressed once the old shrubbery was removed. Cullen also provided us with good tips to maintain the finished product."

"The cement cracked and broke apart in areas in February 2015, 3 months after the work was completed. It was guaranteed for one year. Mike never returned to assess the damage to determine IF anything could be done despite about a dozen attempts of phone calls and text messages.

"Repair went great. Rick and his crew showed up on time and it took only one day to complete the job, which was even quicker than we had talked about originally. They did a great job. Would hire again."
