He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. The other 5-star reviews are accurate: the rep was very quick, responsive, and knowledgeable, and the team was prompt and did good work. Unfortunately, we had a glitch at the end of the project that the company might have been able to fix relatively easily and in only a few hours. However, the owner did not want to make the extra effort to ensure a satisfied customer. So my advice is: if you think that nothing will go wrong, and if nothing does go wrong, this is a 5-star company. If you want peace of mind and a company that cares about your satisfaction, use someone else."

"The only thing that made me give them a 4.0 is the service rep did not let us know, when he did the inspection, that there was debris underneath where they needed to lay the cover. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed."
