"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. "We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!"
