"I had a 4 foot crack under a window well, 5 foot under another window well, and 7 foot total wall crack. All were actively leaking water into my basement - like fountains. Called Atlas and 2 other companies, and they responded first arranging Kaz to come out the next morning. I still hadn't heard from the other companies by the time he came. He evaluated the cracks, explained the injection procedure, quoted the price, and set up the appointment. The only negative thing was that the appointment was 3 weeks away and the cracks were significantly leaking. Because we had so much rain, I called again to try to get moved up, and they accommodated me on a Saturday for a $200 premium. Nestor fixed the cracks and the leaking stopped. He was polite, prompt, and answered all my questions. However, with the next rain, small wet areas were seen (nowhere near as bad as they were). I called back, appointment was made, and Nestor came back to fix them again under the lifetime warranty. Same great service with the call back, and no problems noted since! Would recommend, and also say that if you have small leaking, get it fixed, because you never know when it will get worse!"

"Frank Gonzales (owner) and the Emerald Bloom crew did an exceptional job relacing our paver walkway. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had. I will say he called early because of a cancellation he had and showed up a week early, which threw me off my schedule but we worked it out and I am pleased. If you have and A/C unit and it is near where your new concrete is going please take his advise and move it. I just had a new unit installed and he stated he could work around it. They ended up lifting it up to work around it and I had to call had have it removed and disconnected for a day. ended up costing me an extra $500.00 but in the end result was worth it. I was very impressed with his A/C guy, he found a few issue's the other guy missed and fixed it. I would use them again. just make sure you are ready. Again he was a week early and I did not want to loose a spot do to rain ."
