When CK Construction checked the system they found the sump pump had shifted and the bulb was stuck. He fixed the problem and readjusted the pump so it wouldn't interfere with the backup pump. Then he reattached the backup system. I appreciate CK Construction's prompt and professional service and would consider using them again.

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost.
