"They waterproofed our foundation, sealing the cracks, and explained what they were doing and what follow-up measures we might need to take. Very professional. A great company to work with."

"Exceptional Concrete Lifting Service by Foundation Systems of Michigan I recently had FSM perform concrete lifting (also known as or polyjacking) on my cracked and sinking walkway and driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Here’s what stood out: Flawless Results: My walkway and driveway is now perfectly level! The difference is night and day, and it has completely eliminated the tripping hazard that was present before. The work looks clean, and the structural integrity is fully restored. Professional and Skilled Team: The crew, led by Jason R, and his great assistant Chad D arrived promptly, were courteous, and clearly experts in their field. They took the time to explain every step of the process."

"Good company! Just couldn't afford the repair."

"I had several quotes for a fairly extensive leak in my poured basement wall resulting from poor workmanship during the original construction. Several contractors told me the foundation would have to be dug up to do a proper repair. I was hoping for another solution so I called this company. They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible. I waited until now to write this review so I could be honest about how it turned out. Well, it hasn't leaked a drop! I would recommend this company to anybody. They earned my trust and they saved me a lot of money and grief."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"Steve and his team did an excellent job on our project, which included adding insulation to our attic spaces, sealing the attic and basement, removing old insulation in the basement, and treating the basement for mold. Steve helped us feel comfortable and confident about the work that needed to be done to the house. Joe and Rick did excellent work on the project, which was completed quickly. Would work with again!"

"They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

"Very timely professional, clean and affordable."

"Overall, it went well. Though I will have to call them back out because of a tiny little spot that is still damp. I do love that it is a lifetime warranty. The guy that did the work did have the courtesy to call ahead and say his current job was taking a bit longer. Not an issue for me, especially since he called to let me know. Though when he did show up, he was very dirty and unprofessional looking. He also did not have boot protectors on and repeatedly continued to track mud throughout my house, even though I reminded him that I laid a towel on the floor so he could wipe his feet; but he just stepped over it. His work on my repair definitely reflected on him. The finished product was very sloppy. He did clean up after himself but there was still a good bit of dust, and the putty he laid over the crack looked like a 3 year old did it. It took me hours to sand down the globs in order for me to be able to paint over it. Again, the lifetime warranty is definitely a plus. I'm just hoping I wont get the same guy. Very pleasant company to deal with otherwise!"
