"Great job by Andy and Ruben repairing foundation and joists, and installing insulation and sump pump"

"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"It went very well. Mike and his helper arrived on time, completed the job on time, and cleaned up perfectly. He is a true professional. My neighbors think it is the prettiest driveway they have ever seen. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone needing a job well done. Maureen, Surfside Beach, SC"

"very well, they were on time and project was completed as proposed"

"Chris and John showed up as scheduled and did a very thorough job of assessing the water incursion problem I have. In the end, it was a problem that Ram Jack does not repair, but they told me what probably should be done to fix it. I certainly appreciate the fine evaluation they did and their advice. As an extra bonus, they were very pleasant to deal with!"

"We were so pleased, great company to deal with! Matter of fact, we’re hiring them again within the next few months. We had an engineer out of Wilmington tell us it was some of the prettiest concrete he had ever seen if not the prettiest in his 40 yrs of work, he was even more impressed when he found out it was 2 yrs old when he was seeing it for the first time. Just loved dealing with the Norman family!!"
