"The consultation went great. Cary came out and spent about an hour measuring and evaluating our basement. He left me with a quote the same day as well as my options. Although a little pricey we decided to go for it. The guys came out a few weeks later to insulate and were here all day. No issues there. However, the basement has not warmed up since and we spent quite a bit of money and were told it would be about 60-65° down there. It only increased by maybe 5° and still isn’t even close to 60/65°. I emailed the guy Cary who came out and was told he’d talk to his guys about it. No response. I had to follow up. Then he said he’d send someone out. Never got a call or anything to schedule it. Again I had to reach out. Weeks later he finally said he’d come out on 3/18/21 at noon. It’s now almost 1pm and he’s still not here. Their service was great when they wanted our money but now that we have paid, it seems we are not longer a priority and they don’t care to come fix whatever the problem may be. Very disappointing. We spent thousands of dollars and our basement still feels very cold!"

"Let me start by telling you my backstory. I live in a house built in 1929, it has a stone foundation. It wasn't until Hurricane Sandy that I felt the effects of a house that had no waterproofing and we had about three feet of water. We did a little bit of mitigation, and had no more problems for awhile. More recently, NY had five days of non stop rain and the walls in basement and flooring barely held it together. So that's when I knew I really had to do something. Every time we heard the weather report we would keep checking that basement and our little water pump. The water pump did ok, but we had wet vacs and worked like a team, but the water was coming up through the floors. Just a little 2-3 inches can cause so much damage. This is climate change, a lot of my friends were suffering from flooding for the first time and it wasn't going to get any better. So that was it, my husband and I interviewed four different places. They were all professional, but there was something about the detailed 2 hour interview that Scott Cort, one of their top inspectors did with us and we knew that was the place we were going to deal with. Plus he dealt with a multitude of questions from my husband and didn't flinch. He was patient, showed us exactly what they would do to protect the basement from flooding. He saw how stressed I was and just plain tired of this. It was a very comprehensive plan. Scott explained the lifetime warranty. The system is self-cleaning and requires zero maintenance. There is also a clog free guarantee. It included a PITBOSS waterpump with a wifi system and a backup battery in case the power goes out. He also told me that there would be very little dust. And there was very little dust. It only took two full days of his crew working nonstop. I was a bit nervous about cutting the walls, but he picked up the phone every time I called. If he was busy, he texted me right away and got back to me in 30 minutes. (And I call a lot). I am happy with the results. My contractor checked it out and said American Dry did a great job after dropping by to see the results. And most of all, we can sleep when it rains. We are ready!!! By the way, I have never written a review this long, but I needed to shout them out, and it was competitively priced!! Thank you AmericanDry, thank you Scott Cort. It was a pleasure!"

"Chuck, Alex and Naki did a great job. Lots of attention to detail. Walked me me the whole process so I would feel comfortable"

"My husband and I reached out to the company to repair some rotten boards we discovered on the exterior of the house. We spoke to David who was extremely responsive and quick to set up our services. The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!"

"Elson and company did a great job replacing a garage apron and old patio block sidewalk. He was always prompt from the estimate to the final inspection. He kept in touch with me on his work schedule, even when he had to bump out the start date due to the weather. He kept to his word and quote. I'd hire him again without question."

"Vinny is a very friendly and professional guy who we really enjoyed working with. The quality of his work is excellent- we used him for our sidewalk and refurbishing the rod iron railings. Overall positive experience with him and the final project turned out great! We would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again in future projects."

"Very professional and fixed the cracks in the garage the best that I can tell. Expensive fix but well worth going with the carbon fiber, you get a 15 year transferable warranty with it. Only deducted half star because they didn't show up on a modified scheduled date."

"Came to finish digging out trench to install footing drains around basement area of house. The guys finished the job in 1 day. So far no leaks into basement."

"I had new stone stairs & pillars for my front entry, concrete stairs repaired & new banister, front & back yard walkways repaired & installed, and all of my basement walls in my laundry room repaired, resealed & painted. The quality, care, and time dedicated to the work was amazing. I was informed each step along the way of each project. I highly recommend LKras Construction LLC."
