We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. After I first reached out to them for an estimate, I was given information to review even before the gentleman came out to look at my basement. I appreciated the detailed communication regarding who would be coming to my house and when. The estimate was low pressure and detailed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of the water leak and the repair. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into an expensive repair that I may not need. Once I decided to go with 58 Foundations, a date was set for the repair. On the schedule day, three gentlemen were at my home at the time that I was told they would come. From there, the work was completed smoothly, competently, and professionally.
