"Chubb Construction performed an exceptional analysis of my situation. I had representatives from several companies come to my residence for estimates. I had everything from wall anchors & wall mounts, to sump pumps with inside drainage. Terry was very helpful and took time to explain the work that he proposed to everyone I asked him to. Terry and Dan returned phone calls promptly. There are 2 phases. This is the first. Based on my experience with his crew, I am looking forward to the 2nd phase. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, timely, and friendly. Dan kept me apprised of their progress showed me their work daily. Chubb reinforced my basement wall and repaired my cracks. The work was outstanding and efficient. I would recommend Chubb Construction without hesitation."

"This replaces a previous unfavorable review. Ohio Basement Systems returned and repaired the brick porch foundation wall."

"Gil and his team did a great job with the mold remediation in my attic 7 years ago. I had them back for an inspection before I sell my home. All clear! They do great work and are wonderful to work with. Thank you Gil!"

"This company was really great to work with. Easy to set up service appt and payment process. Their waterproofing system is quite unique and reasonably priced. They worked quickly and efficiently."

"Presented an opinion/quote for specifically solving a couple cracks in foundation that were causing a slight water leakage, rather than other options that involved major foundation work. They fixed the source of the problem, and did not try to over sell me. I appreciate the honesty."

"This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. Thank\ you Acculevel!!!!!"

"Found JQO on Facebook group in my neighborhood. Hired him to cut down some trees and fix some flower beds for me. Did an awesome job so had him do my front flower bed and he killed it. He mows weekly for me and have not had any issues. Does great quality work and at an amazing price. Highly recommend!"

"I had about 13 assignments for them. There was three guys here and one of the guys left with no explanation for half an hour. I understood that there were a certain number of hours that they were supposed to be here, and maybe they were focused on finishing my list, instead of spending time to clean-up, but they could have done a better job cleaning up afterwards. They abandoned one of their shovels in the area that things were being planted and left behind a pair of work gloves. They seemed eager to please and they did check off everything on my list. They got everything done that I was hoping to get done. We discovered, this is something that they wouldn't have been aware of, they punctured an irrigation line. The irrigation guy had to come out and repair that. There was no notification of where the irrigation lines were."
