"They waterproofed our foundation, sealing the cracks, and explained what they were doing and what follow-up measures we might need to take. Very professional. A great company to work with."

"This was my second business transaction with Crossroads foundation repair. I was equally pleased this year with adjustment work that they did. Fabian and Honorio did a beautiful job and I could immediately notice the impact of their hard work. They took their time and made certain that I was absolutely pleased before they left."

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"We had a challenging project with water removal and structural support issues. Our crew of Tim (Foreman), Marq, Jayshawn, and Devon worked diligently to install a new drainage system and support beam for the house, spending late nights to get the job done. Thanks to (Manager) Cornell for his assistance on this complex project. Matt E"

"They went over and above to fix a major grade problem I had, very punctual and very hard working!"

"Our basement was waterproofed years ago and we have not had a problem ever since. Peace of mind that the basement is not going to flood every time it rains is wonderful."

"Excellent work!!! They came on time and went to work on lifting our shed off the ground. They then set up for the concrete pad under my shed. Then the concrete company IMI came and they poured the concrete into their wheelbarrow, brought it, and started forming the pad. I would hire him again. Very customer-friendly."
