"The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. "1). I contacted a lot of Angie's list cement contractors to replace our old sidewalk and got bids from a half a dozen different contractors. Tony the owner of Form and Pour provided a timely free quote. His bid was a lot lower than most of the other bids. 2). He had very good references 3). Additionally he was willing to re-do my landscaping (remove old plants, raise the grade, plant my new plants and haul in new rock at a very low additional price 4). After selecting him to do job, he committed to starting the job in about (3) weeks. He actually was able to start and complete the work ahead of that time! 5). Tony and his additional (2) man team were very professional! It was very obvious that they knew what they were doing. They had the old sidewalk out within a couple of hours and were pouring the first of the new sidewalk on the 2nd day and the remainder on the 3rd day. 6). "Travis has an amazing work ethic and impeccable attention to detail. When we approached him about removing our underground bomb shelter, he was up front about it being his first time removing one. However, he has experience removing pools so he could directly transfer that knowledge and experience. We were very concerned about potential damage to our home foundation and he took that into account. He was very involved in the planning and design of the project making us feel important and empowered. He even corresponded with us remotely while we were out on vacation to finalize the design of the concrete sidewalk layout and plan sending us pictures realtime. "I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

"My experience with L&R was excellent.  The spring rains left me with rain in my basement.  I was very concerned about the situation but didn't know where to start. I live at the bottom of a hill and need a comprehensive solution.  I spoke to at least 10 different basement waterproofing people and landscapers and arrived at the conclusion that my exterior drainage and landscaping could prevent the issue.  However, very few of these people offered anything other than expensive short-term fixes.  '
Ron at L&R was the only person I spoke with who understood the existing system I had in place and could articulate the reasons it was no longer working and could provide a comprehensive solution to the problem. His knowledge and experience, when compared to all the other people I spoke to, was really obvious.  After discussing the problem and solution with him during a free consultation, I received his estimate and decided to work with L&R. Their pricing was competitive but Ron's know-how was the reason I went with them.
The experience with L&R couldn't have been better. The work was started on time and completed on time.  The total job only took two days.  As I stated above, Ron was a pleasure to deal with prior to the job but also during the job.  He was available to answer my questions and took the time to ask me about anything we may have not discussed previously like whether to keep a tree or move a flower.  This attention to detail and customer service was tremendous.  The crew was courteous and professional. They were friendly and took the time to clean up the work space and the whole general area each day.  The office staff were friendly and excelled in communication. I even had some questions after the project was completed and Ron was on the phone with me quickly and addressing all of my concerns in an extremely fast manner.  
Overall, the completed project looks great and I feel so much better about my drainage situation.  I'm very happy with the service and value provided by L&R and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  I highly recommend them.

"They arrived on the day they said the would.  Covered the driveway with boards to prevent problems.  Removed the block from the old retaining wall and reinstalled new block.  The clean up was amazing.  The crew got it all done in less than 6 hours when other provider said it would take 4 to 5 days.  They had to bring in more rock for the wall and they did it exactly as they said they would the next day.  I wished I had hired them for prior work.  I would not hesitate to call them again
